Cycling blurb

My daily cycling to work is a form of meditation. It’s like playing Tai-Chi as a form of active meditation. It is surprising that when I need to focus on the road, watch out the traffics or pushing myself along a park connector, my mind can start to see things from a different perspective and often helps to solve tricky problems that would be difficult to imagine in office setting.

See you there :-)
